Fooda

Revenue Operations Analyst

Revenue Operations - Chicago, IL - Full Time

Who We Are:
Our story began in 2011 when a group of office workers at a major logistics company in Chicago had a lunch problem. Nearby options were limited, and the team was spending too much time and money traveling to their favorite restaurants. They had an idea: bring Chicago’s local restaurant culture inside the office to sell food.  It was an immediate hit. When they discovered people from other companies sneaking into their office, they knew they were on to something.

Fooda pioneered the concept of rotating popup restaurants inside offices. Today, we operate in 60 cities with over 100 million meals served and continue to grow rapidly.

Powered by technology and a network of 3,500+ restaurants, we feed hungry people at work through a platform of unique food programs located within companies, office buildings, hospitals, schools, distribution centers, and more. At Fooda, we believe a workplace food program should be something employees love and look forward to every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Revenue Process & Pipeline Management

  • Monitor and improve the end-to-end revenue funnel, from lead capture and routing through meetings, qualified opportunities, pipeline, closed business, renewal, and expansion.

  • Maintain clear and consistent lifecycle stages, lead statuses, deal stages, qualification criteria, ownership rules, and handoffs across Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Analyze conversion, velocity, coverage, aging, and pipeline quality to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.

  • Support territory planning, account assignment, quota setting, annual planning, forecasting, and sales compensation reporting.

  • Build and maintain workflows, routing rules, properties, lists, scoring models, enrichment processes, integrations, and automation that support the go-to-market teams.

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements, test changes, and ensure solutions work as intended before deployment.

  • Troubleshoot CRM, data, and workflow issues and drive practical fixes that reduce manual work and prevent repeat problems.

  • Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and recurring reporting in HubSpot, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.

  • Create trusted views of funnel health, meeting and opportunity creation, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, forecast risk, account coverage, rep activity, and revenue performance.

  • Conduct regular data audits and reconciliations to improve CRM accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.

  • Turn complex data into clear findings, recommendations, and decision-ready insights for revenue leaders.

  • SDR & Go-to-Market Operations

  • Support inbound and outbound SDR operations, including lead routing, target-account creation, enrichment, prioritization, meeting tracking, and qualified opportunity measurement.

  • Improve workflows between Marketing, SDRs, BDMs, and Sales leadership so ownership, follow-up expectations, and performance measures are clear.

  • Help manage lead scoring, intent signals, and account prioritization to focus seller effort on the highest-potential opportunities.

  • Operationalize tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, and AI-enabled workflows that improve research, targeting, personalization, and seller productivity.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as a trusted operational partner to Marketing, SDR, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations leaders.

  • Identify process gaps, friction, and scalability issues, then prioritize and implement improvements based on business impact.

  • Support quarterly business reviews, business modeling, scenario analysis, vendor evaluation, and other strategic revenue initiatives.

  • Manage competing requests with strong prioritization, clear communication, accountability, and follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.

  • Strong prioritization, project management, accountability, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience with ZoomInfo, Clay, enrichment tools, intent data, account scoring, or marketing automation platforms.
