The Onsite Food and Beverage Coordinator is a high-visibility, client-facing role responsible for delivering a seamless, hospitality-driven food and beverage experience at an assigned client location. This individual oversees day-to-day pantry and food service operations, including stocking, merchandising, inventory management, ordering support, quality checks, light equipment coordination, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming space. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented operator who serves as a reliable onsite presence for both the client and Fooda team, communicates effectively with internal and external partners, and continuously works to improve service quality, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall account performance.
What You Will Be Doing:
Own daily pantry and kitchen operations, maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment at all times
Manage inventory end-to-end including ordering, receiving, stocking, rotating, and minimizing waste
Oversee merchandising, product quality, and expiration checks to ensure all offerings meet company and client standards
Track and manage budget spend, support forecasting, and ensure all purchases align with financial guidelines
Handle basic accounting tasks including invoice submission and accurate system entry
Serve as the primary onsite point of contact, proactively communicating updates, insights, and needs to internal teams
Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, gathering feedback, and resolving issues quickly and professionally
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth and consistent service execution
Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to enhance the overall pantry experience

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the site for the duration of the shift
