Powered by technology and a network of over 1,000 restaurants, Fooda feeds hungry people at work through our ongoing food programs located within companies and office buildings. Every day, each Fooda location is served by different restaurants that come onsite and serve fresh lunch from their chef’s unique menus. Fooda operates in thirteen major US cities and plans to continue its expansion across the United States and internationally.
In the Popup Trainer role for Fooda you will report to the Director of Popup Account Management and work with our Market Popup Teams to provide a comprehensive training program for the Popup teams. You will be responsible for training all new hires to the operations team. You will also provide continued training and development on systems and standards to the team throughout the year. You will be responsible for the creating and upkeep of content for Fooda’s learning management platform in regard to all things Popup.
The ideal candidate is results oriented, performance driven individual that has the ability to set and manage expectations internally and externally. This position requires an individual who is not only able to educate, motivate, and convey expectations of the roles to new employees, but also detailed-oriented and able to be manage multiple training programs at the same time.
