Customer Happiness Representative

Powered by technology and a network of over 1,000 restaurants, Fooda feeds hungry people at work through our ongoing food programs located within companies and office buildings. Every day, each Fooda location is served by different restaurants that come onsite and serve fresh lunch from their chef’s unique menus. What You’d Be Responsible For:

  • Monitor and respond to requests from Fooda’s customer service channels – Chat, Email & Phone
  • Effectively communicate customer or client issues to the proper team within Fooda
  • Engage with our customers, be personable in conversation and be accountable for solving issues
  • Communicate with restaurant partners as needed
  • Track and organize customer feedback, refunds and adjustments
  • Organize and send customer feedback to our restaurant partners

  • Key role on the Delivery Operations team, you’re all hands on deck during lunch time
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required
