Part Time PopUp Product Coordinator

Every day, each Fooda location is served by different restaurants that come onsite and serve fresh lunch from their chef’s unique menus. Who We Are Looking For:

As a PopUp Product Coordinator for Fooda, you will be a member of the team which manages and supports our PopUp accounts and their daily needs.  This role requires a focused eye to detail and basic Adobe knowledge. At its core, this is an entry role with a focus on executing marketing and supply orders to ensure Fooda’s PopUp clients are positioned for success.

Who You Are:

  • You have a focused eye and attention to detail 
  • You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people
  • You are self-driven and see no project as too small 
  • You are comfortable with technology and use of multiple systems including, but not limited to: Adobe suite and Microsoft Office Programs (including: Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • You are comfortable completing solo projects

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Use existing templates to create marketing collateral for ten existing markets as well as upcoming locations
  • Collaborate and work with the PopUp Account Management Team to process all client marketing orders
  • Work with local print shop to print all marketing collateral including but not limited to: posters, banners, captivate screens and coupons
  • Ensure collateral is approved before being sent to print
  • Track all active orders and ensure they arrive to assigned markets by specific due dates
