PopUp Onsite Coordinator

If so, you're not alone!  Fooda partners with trendy local restaurants to provide awesome food at reasonable prices to employees while at work. We’ve built a technology platform for employees to easily buy tasty lunch everyday, and for restaurants to get access to new, loyal customers.  Fooda is a proven, venture-backed, growing startup with an experienced team.

Who You Are:

  • You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service
  • You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people
  • You are empathetic at your core yet comfortable being tough and taking a stand
  • You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced startup
  • You are optimistic in the face of problems and know that you’re capable of finding solutions
  • You are very organized and detail oriented. Type-A personality is a plus!
  • Prior catering or serving experience required 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers by solving problems, and managing issues
  • Go out of your way to get to know your customer
  • Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
  • Strong communication skills and being a self-starter are required
  • Escalate issues to Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
  • Problem solver who is comfortable giving direction to restaurant partners and problem solving
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM at a downtown location, up to 25 hours per week
