Part-Time Catering Event Coordinator

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for providing organizational and operational support to the catering team and our clients, reporting to the Catering Account Executive. Duties will include monitoring onsite client events, processing online orders, menu inventory management, maintaining website inventory and creating labels and menu signs for all applicable orders.  Role will start part-time with opportunity to grow in the future.

  • You have strong communication skills and are always looking for ways to improve
  • Prior catering or serving experience preferred 
  • ServSafe Sanitation certified preferred 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers by solving problems, and managing issues
  • Go out of your way to get to know your customer
  • Be confident problem solving for issues such as a incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication 
  • Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
  • Process online transactional orders using Fooda systems and process
  • Menu inventory management, maintaining Fooda’s catering website menus and inventory
  • Escalate issues to Manager when necessary to keep them informed of site activity 
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with restaurant partners
  • Weekday shift to at Monday - Wednesday 10AM - 3PM
